Custom Ordering

Thank you for choosing Backwoods Bliss to bring your ideas and visions to life! We are honored & excited to help you and/or your business make & design exactly what you are looking for! 

Custom Order Guidelines:

In bringing your visions to life, we will be in close contact through the process to make sure it is everything you had in mind.  

Upon initial contact, you will receive a consultation via email or phone for us to get a vision of what you have in mind; ie color schemes, font styles, look & feel, price quotes for the item(s)etc.  

After consultation, we will get to work on your design/item! Due to demand, Please allow up to 1 week for item mockups to be sent your way.  You will receive 3 mockups of different style options for you to choose which one you like the best. 

A 50% downpayment for the design fee + item + shipping will be due prior to the start of the design process.  The remainder of the payment will be due after you have received your item.  

No returns will be granted for custom orders.  Due to the approval process that takes place prior to making the item, custom orders will not be eligible for any returns.  The only exception to this is if the item received is damaged or defective.  In that case, you will not be given a return, but will be given a replacement item.  

Due to the constant fluctuation in prices, costs are subject to change at any time if the prices have substantially changed from the time the quote was made to the time the item(s) were getting ready to be made/ordered or if the design process took longer than anticipated.
