Online Returns:
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Backwoods Bliss gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit only.
We will also exchange your item for a different size in the same item if available. Items that are being exchanged for a different size must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached in order to be eligible for sizing exchange.
Our policy lasts no more than 30 days from postmarked date you received your shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your initial purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased minus the shipping fee.
Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
Items that are returned that do not follow the return guidelines above, will be subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee.
Items that are FINAL SALE, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted in any form. These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
All items that are marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for any returns or exchanges. No execeptions.

Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered by the post office.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and an email will be sent to you for the original amount of purchase minus the shipping fee. You will not be receiving a credit for any shipping fees incurred in your original purchase.
Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered by the post office.
Final Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately FINAL SALE items cannot be returned; no exceptions.
In-Store Return Policy
All Backwoods Bliss items purchased In-Store located inside Vogel & Thomas, follows the same guidelines as listed above.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as purchased with tags still attached.
- Items that are marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for exchange.
- Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no more than 30 days after original purchase. Store receipt must be present to be eligible for return credit.
- Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping cost. Any shipping costs incurred will not be included in the final return credit.
- If the item was the wrong size, the item may be exchanged for a different size if available as long as the item is unused, unaltered, unworn, & unwashed.
If the return does not meet our guidelines, the item (s) may be subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee.

Custom Orders:
Due to the approval process that takes place during a custom order prior to making the item, custom orders ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. The only exception to this is if there was a quality control issue upon arrival or the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. In this case, you will receive a replacement item, but no return or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
