I created this particular one because I feel like with everything going on in life/the world these days, it's easy to be overwhelmed and overcome with fear and anxiety.  It's important to take those feelings and give it to God for his guidance in helping us release the burden that fear and worry can bring. Sometimes we lack the words to speak out loud, but journaling is a great tool to be able to write down thoughts and feelings on paper.  From personal experience, writing is an outlet to be able to not only write down what you think and feel but to be able to read over and see what you've written.  I love to use journaling as a way to release anything and everything that I can't quite say out loud in the ways that I want to.  I hope that this can be a great tool for you to use to also do the same thing!
